The Property

An 18th-century stone structure.
Renovation work has preserved the authentic style of the area both inside and out: exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and timber window frames.
Operating as a holiday home since 2009, it can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The house is arranged over three floors: ground floor with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room leading directly out to the garden; first floor with the main entrance, living room with fireplace, and a reading nook; second floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Comprises kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. From this floor you have direct access to the garden (gazebo area) and stairs to the first floor.

First Floor

Main entrance on the municipal road to Roccalberti; living room with fireplace, satellite TV; small reading room with a window overlooking the garden and pool.

Second Floor

Consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms (one with balcony) and one bedroom with two bunk beds; plus a bathroom.

The Pool

The swimming pool is paved on all four sides with multicolored sandstone ("pietra arenaria"), offering panoramic views, direct access to the ground floor of the house, a heated outdoor shower, and close proximity to the gazebo and garden.
In one corner, water cascades down a natural rock feature.
Includes a solarium with lounge chairs, gazebo, and an outdoor bathroom serving the pool.
Interior pool lighting is controlled via timer.

The Garden

The garden sits on the same level as the ground floor of the house. Its extension towards the Edron river features fir trees and mature fruit trees (plum, pear).

The Gazebo

An outdoor dining area equipped with a traditional oven, barbecue with rotisserie spit, gas hobs, kitchen workspace, and dining table.

The Farm & Park

The farm "Le Vigne" includes vegetable plots (a sunflower Photo - Sunflower ), woodland (chestnut groves), fruit orchards (apple trees Photo - An apple , pear trees), white poplar plantations, and various plants.
