The periods are weekly reservation:
Saturday (arrival at 17:00) to Saturday (departure at 10:00).

The prices are as follows:
High season: July, August;
Mid season: May, June, September, Christmas, Easter;
Low season: January, February, March, April, October, November, December.

Payment.

Deposit: (30% of the total amount of the rent) must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation.
Balance: must be completed not later than 40 days before the start of the lease.

If the booking is done in the 40 days preceding the start of the lease, the amount must be paid within 2 working days of confirmation.

In order to speed up all transactions, for each payment shall be given by immediate demonstration of an e-mail with a copy of the receipt of the payment itself.

Services not included: heating consumption, payable locally to the owner.
